We are out visiting from California and were in the mood for Thai. The owner cooks up the food right there at the kiosk. Quick and delicious! We will be back!

The Drunken noodless and Pad Thai were taste so good and very delicious. Amazing Pad Thai dishes and it taste so fantastic. The quality was so good and they have nice portion too. Fresh veggies and good meat. The food portion was generous and reasonable pricing. The setting was casually good and nice decor. Great atmosphere. The server was attentive.

**CASH ONLY** sometimes i worry that i can't taste food anymore and then i eat something with actual flavor and feel better much about the world.. had the green curry, medium spicy, and it was SO good.. fresh veg, moist chicken, happy tummy.. can't wait to go back for the panang.. here's the thing tho, you really never know when they're going to be open and that sucks.. don't pass it up when they are..

We ended up parking at 16th street mall and not sure what to Do for dinner so we stopped here. This was my favorite Thai restaurant so far in Denver. The cook was super sweet and you cold tell enjoyed cooking. We got a pad Thai my husband daughter and I all shared. There was literally nothing left in the plate. We got it medium spice and honestly could have gotten it spicier but it was delicious. My husband wanted the dumplings so we did those as well and he said they were cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back soon.

Liang's is an awesome food truck! Nice customer service, and delicious food at very resonable price. Panang curry was one of the best I have ever had and they give you a generous portion. I will definitely come back to try another menu! FYI 2 orders only per customer.. it is that popular!!

This place is LEGIT! I've been hearing such great things about Liang's from about everyone who works downtown, and when I finally got to try it today, I immediately understood the hype. This is some of the BEST pad thai in Denver. I got the pork and my god, the sauce on the noodles is out of this world. For only $11.50, I feel like this is super well priced considering you can easily make this two meals. The fried egg on top was a very nice touch. The lady in front of me got two fried eggs (for like an extra .50) and thing I'll have to get that next time. Only thing to remember is that it is cash only, but you won't forget the flavor.

I've come to Liang's a handful of times since my first review and it has easily become one of my favorite spots in Denver. The pad basil and pad Thai are both delicious, authentic, and super satisfying. The gentlemen who run the kiosk are awesome, prices are hard to beat, and food is some of the best Thai around. Just be prepared to wait in line for your fresh, made-to-order Thai dishes!

Food - 5/5 Excellent Thai food, of a level you'd be pleased with from a white-tablecloth restaurant, served from a food truck. Value - 5/5 Very, very reasonable for downtown Denver. Location - 4/5 Convenient if you're at the 16th St. Mall, but if you're not, this area of town is congested and has no public bathrooms whatsoever. Service - 3/5 Cash only with long lines.

Great food! I couldn't believe the operation this guy is running out of a tiny hut on the street. Very tasty but a smidge on the greasy side. But yummy overall and clean. Also cool to watch them wielding flames in such a tiny space!
